“Becoming the best version of myself is something I have strived to do every day, while also understanding there will never be a perfect version. Each year of my teens brought new fears, worries, anxieties, and insecurities but each year has also taught me new perspectives, ways to let go, trust, and keep my mind and heart at peace. As I bring you along with me after college, I will continue to grow and learn alongside you, while telling you everything that was holding me back as a teenager, what I've learned so far, and how I overcame these inner demons .”

weekly vlog; life outside of work

how I avoid feeling discouraged

my favorite kind of vlog — I'm sharing my routines outside of work: my morning and night routine, what my weekends look like, and how I find balance while building a startup.

I also talk about one trick that helps me avoid feeling discouraged when I'm deep in the grind of building something I care about.

feeling lost in your 20's advice

Welcome to another weekly vlog at home in Miami. I love crazy vlogs but also chill vlogs like this one doing the average; working, seeing friends, skin care and just being a girl in her 20’s trying to start a company. This week's advice is based on that, what tool I used to help me feel less lost while I figure it out.

using moving as an analogy for life

my long-awaited room tour is finally here! I love every little detail, and it is one of my favorite places in the world. I am so happy to finally share it with you guys after the move and everything. For this week's advice segment, I actually used moving as an analogy for life in becoming the best version of yourself. I hope you guys enjoy it, mwah.

gratitude advice

It’s pretend spring break for me so spend a miami weekend with me. Roberto was visiting, I got a sunburn and spent every second by a beach. The advice segment is for those whose life doesn't feel that great, sometimes or most of the time. Let this be a reminder for everyone that one of the keys to happiness is gratitude!

morning & night routine

getting over fear of judgement

You guys wanted to see my morning and night time routines so here is what they look like (pretty much every day cause I like to stick to a routine). I talk about fear of judgment since I think it's something we can all relate to experiencing. Here's what I’ve realized, how I learned to ignore other people's opinions and unlock the power of being disliked.

Mexico Vlog

showing yourself some love each day

Travel with me to Mexico to visit Roberto and celebrate an early x mas with his family. After the trip, I’m back home for 48 hours getting ready for our winter trip. Today let’s talk about treating ourselves and how we sometimes think “I'll save that for a special occasion”. Well, let me tell you every day is a special occasion and you should be treating yourself every day.

daily vlog

romanticizing every day

Welcome to a work week in my life! Spend Monday through Wednesday with me learning a little bit more about what I do for work, what my weekdays look like, and prepping for a trip. Routines and day-to-day life can sometimes get “redundant” or “boring” so today I'm sharing with you guys what I've learned and what I do to romanticize my life so that every day feels special.

love > fear

Summer travels are over so come with Gabriela to her first week at work and her new office. This week she is setting everything up, she got sick for a little bit and then had a fun date with her sister running around Miami. Today she sat down to talk about our fears which often hold us back and keep us from doing the things we love. She shares how she finally overcame her fear of posting on social media and hopes to inspire you to do the same. Doesn’t matter what it is or what area of your life it's a part of.

the power of forgiveness

From taking her puppy to the vet to spending time at the beach to going to a party and even going to freaking TSA, she really did it all this week. Gabriela asked you guys on her Instagram story what we should talk about on today's episode, and after getting many really good responses, today’s episode is one where she sits down with you to talk about the power of forgiveness and apologizing. We’ve all had to apologize, and people have said sorry to us, but doing neither thing is something that comes naturally to us, it’s often something we avoid doing or even don’t want to do. So join her today as she shares what life (and her parents) have taught her about forgiving and apologizing to make both easier because there’s truly power behind forgiveness.

your POV

Gabriela's first week back home was nothing but fun. She unpacked, had photoshoots for our website, hung out with her family, and her boyfriend. Gabi hares her thoughts on fake rumors and gossip. Have you ever had someone create a narrative of you that's not true at all? UGH! Its so frustrating simply because it's not true. Join her today as she shares what she's learned to stop giving others so much importance, to be at peace with yourself all the time and ignore the gossip.

Attitude Makeover

Gabriela is calling some of you out today. You probably haven't realized it, but a lot of it comes down to your attitude. The attitude you put toward things, and your mindset toward them can really impact how much or how little it affects us, and our mood for the rest of your day. As for a little miss attitude, Gabriela can definitely recognize her attitude hasn’t always been the best; it's time you check your attitude as well.

Celebrate Girls

Happy Women's Day! Gabriela is home for spring break, and it's Women's Day! A celebration of you, of her, and of every incredible woman out there. Girlhood, womanhood, the struggles, and the good, we wouldn't trade being a woman for anything in the world. We love you.

Turning Your Thoughts into Reality

“Manifesting” Gabriela doesn't like to call it that, but she does believe that all your dreams can become a reality. And no, it's not a matter of writing things down 10 times. There's a recipe: your thoughts, your actions, and the universe. So far, it's worked for her, and those around her, find out how you can also create your reality.

Style Me Tonight

How to find your personal style? Growing up, Gabriela tried many styles, switching her wardrobe up and down, trying to find what fit her personality best. Here’s a hint: following trends and following other people's styles is not gonna help you find your own. Listen to find out how she found her style so you can also find yours.

Past, Present & Future Me

Who leaves future problems? “Oh, that’s a tomorrow problem”. Well, guess what, you become future you. Gabriela is in Miami with her family. The semester is starting soon, and one of her resolutions for this year is to look after her future self and make herself proud of the girl she is. Let's talk about setting ourselves up for success.

2023 Wrapped

The year is done. Gabriela is in Vail, Colorado, for the annual family ski trip, but she broke her wrist; promising she is a good skier, lol. On the bright side, she had plenty of time on her hands to share with us all of the lessons she learned that year. From friendship breakups to actual breakups, to struggles with social anxiety and her relationship with her body, Gabriela tells us everything. There really is nothing better than learning and growing as a person.

A Bottle of Poison

We all own a little bottle of poison called comparison. Gabriela tells us the dangers of comparing ourselves to others, a poison she is familiar with. As a teen, she used to compare herself a lot, but today, she shares with us perspectives that helped her avoid comparing herself to others. Listen to find ways you can avoid comparing yourself too.

Inner Monologue

We all love Gabriela’s advice, but sometimes a little rant is good so we can simply relate. In this episode, Gabriela shares that little voice in her head and the thoughts spiraling in her head. We're all human, we're all imperfect, and we all have our struggles and our worries; that’s okay.

The American Dream

Changes are scary, especially big changes like moving to a different country. Gabriela is going home this weekend, but her home is in Miami now; six years ago, her home was in Bogotá, Colombia. Her transition to the US was not an easy one; the expectations she had set before led to many disappointments, but she eventually found her place. Where are our immigrant girlies? This episode is for you!

Status Not Ok

Can we please normalize not being okay all the time? Gabriela needs a rotting day at least once a week. We’re just girls, and we're teenagers, so we get a free pass. Is anyone else tired of people expecting them to be happy and great all the time? Cause same, let's talk about it.

It Doesn't Really Matter

Is it important? Does it really matter? The things that happen to us, the events and circumstances in our lives, matter or not if we decide that they matter. Growing up, Gabriela did this a lot, giving small things too much importance or things that won't matter later. Let’s sit down with her and find ways to let go.
